Shipping & Orders

• For UK off-shore and highland delivery, please allow for a longer transit time
• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri

• For our EU customers, we collect and pay VAT prior to shipping for ease of travel.
• Our products are not subject to EU tariffs or duties, as they are of UK origin.

• Due to VAT rules, our EU customers can order a maximum of four tees within a 10 day window. Orders above this threshold may be amended, cancelled and/or refunded.
• Orders are shipped via Spring or Evri

• For orders with Spring IOSS service, Spring's tracking service may show "Hong Kong (CN)" for the originating destination. This is incorrect. All items are shipped from our warehouse in the UK to the EU.

 

EU Nations, Remote Areas and Associated Territories

 

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following EU nations and associated destinations:

 

• Bulgaria
• Norway
• Switzerland
• Ukraine
• Belarus
• Malta
• Canary Islands (Spain)
• Ceuta & Melilla (Spain)
• Madeira & Azores (Portugal)
• Faroe Islands & Greenland (Denmark)
• Åland Islands (Finland)
• French overseas territories (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Réunion, French Guiana, Mayotte)

 

Orders made to these destinations will be cancelled and refunded. We are working on being able to ship to many of these destinations, so watch this space. EU Rural Surcharge

 

If you live in a rural area of the EU some couriers charge an additional surcharge for delivery. Unfortunately, we are not able to give a complete list of these areas. We will email you if this becomes an issue and may need to amend, cancel or refund your order.

• For shipments under 75AUD in total value, there should be no GST collected at the border. 
• For shipments above 75AUD in total value, GST (currently at 10% as of when this policy was written) will be applied at the border, which you will need to pay.
• For shipments to Australia, we have a maximum order value of 1000AUD to protect our customers, as above this threshold orders may incur import duties and/or tariffs. Any orders above this threshold will be refunded, amended or cancelled.
• We are not liable for any tax and any processing fees the courier company or customs may charge.
• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri

We prepay duties and tariffs to the USA. Our parcels are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) from our warehouse in the UK for a smooth transit and quick clearance with customs.

 

• GST may be collected in the USA at the state level. This is something we have no control over and so experiences may vary depending on which state you live in. However, the vast majority of customers should not encounter these issues. GST collected at the state level is normally limited to local retailers not ecommerce stores.
• We cannot guarantee that all duties, tariffs, fees and taxes will be covered by the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) parcel courier. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that customers aren't hit with any surprise fees or costs, we cannot be held responsible for decisions made by authorities or companies outside of our control.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, and seasonal demand.
• Orders are shipped via USPS.
• Orders can take up to 10 working days to reach the USPS postal system. This is expected as we use a connection partner for our US deliveries.

 

USA Remote Areas and Associated Territories

 

Unfortunately we cannot ship to the following areas of the USA and/or its associated territories:

 

• Alaska
• Guam
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• US Virgin Islands

We prepay GST/HST Tax to Canada for ease of travel. Our parcels are sent DTP (Delivery Tax Paid) from our warehouse in the UK for a smooth transit and quick clearance with customs.

 

• For shipments to Canada, we have a maximum order value of 150CAD to protect our customers, as above this threshold orders may incur import duties and/or tariffs. Any orders above this threshold will be refunded, amended or cancelled.
• We cannot guarantee that all duties, tariffs, fees and taxes will be covered by the DTP (Delivery Tax Paid) parcel courier. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that customers aren't hit with any surprise fees or costs, we cannot be held responsible for decisions made by authorities or companies outside of our control.
• Orders are shipped to Canada via Landmark Global.

• For our Gibraltar customers we ship using Royal Mail.
• The Gibraltar Transaction Tax would be due on any products imported into Gibraltar (15% as of 2026)which you the customer would liable to pay.
• There would likely also be a handling fee by the courier/customs system due to this tax being implemented at the border.
• Clothing is usually zero-rated for Gibraltar and so our shipments should not incur any duties or tariffs although this is not something we can guarantee. As such, we cannot be held responsible for decisions made by authorities or companies outside of our control.
